As a comprehensive, multidisciplinary medical facility, the Vanderbilt Breast Center (VBC) often serves patients who have breast concerns that require further expert evaluation and diagnosis. In addition to routine screening, the center offers specialized diagnostic screening, case review and second opinions, and as a part of the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, a multidisciplinary team approach to treatment decisions for cancer. Whether they come to the center on their own or are referred for consultation by another physician, all patients can feel confident they will receive the most current and comprehensive care at the Vanderbilt Breast Center.
